All prices quoted are in Euros. We reserve the right to change the price of any product without prior notice for any reason, including a change in taxation levels, or as a result of price fluctuations due to supply or any other issue.
Ordering & Payment
We accept the following payment methods.
1). Credit or Debit Card. (Pay online via our online card payment processor).
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Please note: Acceptance of payment does not constitute acceptance of an order. Aessenz reserves the right to reject an order for whatever reason, even if payment has been processed, in which case payment will be refunded in full. Acceptance of an order is at the sole discretion of Aessenz.
Disclaimer: Whilst we send the goods on a First Class delivery service, from time to time the courier in question can experience problems beyond their control and we cannot guarantee that the parcel will be delivered as scheduled. We accept no liability for any loss incurred as a result of a late delivery. Please allow sufficient time when ordering for urgent projects.
We aim to despatch all orders within 1-3 working days of payment being received.
Out of stock items / Backorders
In the unlikely event that an item becomes out of stock after we have received your order, we will contact you. All in stock items will be delivered as usual. You then have the option of placing the out of stock item on backorder to be delivered at a later date. Alternatively, we can refund the amount of the item back onto your payment card.
Cancellations / Returns
You have the right to cancel/return your order seven working days from the day after that on which the goods are received. We have extended this to 15 days, as we are so confident that you will be delighted with your purchase.

Tamper-evident or partially used products: We will accept any item back for a full credit, provided it has not been used. If a product is faulty on arrival or has been incorrectly supplied it can, of course, be returned for a full refund.
The return shipping costs are at your own cost. Please be aware that the returned order might be subject to duties and import fees. The consignee is responsible for all customs and duty charges incurred. Aessenz will not accept payment of the customs duty.
Please make sure all returned packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
Upon receipt of the goods, our quality department will make a verification of the product’s conformity. A credit note or refund will be processed according to your choice, and depending on the product’s condition.
Damaged or incorrectly supplied goods
In the unlikely event any of your goods are damaged or faulty please notify us within 2 working days after delivery or collection.

Making a complaint
Complaints: In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with any of our products and services, please contact us immediately at email@example.com and we will endeavour to deal with your problem in a prompt, fair and confidential manner.

If you are pregnant, suffer from epilepsy, high/low blood pressure or any other specific condition please seek medical advice before using any of our products.
Aessenz controls any information collected via our website
The information is collected and stored to allow a speedier ordering and administrative process.
None of the information we collect is passed on to any third parties other than those responsible for delivery of your order. Aessenz will only use the information provided for its own internal marketing purposes, providing you have given us permission to do so. This data will never be shared with any third parties.
In order to respect your privacy, we manage personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act’s ‘Data Protection Principles’, namely:
